Who Is Valencia?

Valencia is dedicated to raising awareness and educating the small to midsize commercial tenants with the information required to interact with the landlord/property management company.

She has over 10 years experience and education in the commercial real estate management, leasing and lease administration industry. God laid upon her heart to write the '10 Commandments for Dealing w/Landlords - What U the Commerical Tenant May Not Know?'.  The book is a powerful tool for the commercial tenant to build a strong foundation upon in their leasing endeavor.  According to grace of God...I have laid the foundation... (I Corinthians 3:10-13)

She is the host of Know Ya' Rights Blog Talk Radio.  The radio show dedicated to the concerns of the commercial tenant.  The founder of the NEW commercial tenant connection bringing commercial tenants together to share and discuss their concerns.  The organizer of the Mid South Entrepreneur and Small Business Meetup in Memphis, TN.
